You can view the status of your order on-line by going to On-Line Shopping and clicking the Order Status icon at the top left.

For E-Mail or telephone inquiries about your Order Status, we will need the following: your name and order number. Please allow sufficient time (usually one business day) for your on-line order to register in our processing system before contacting us about its status.  E-Mail your request to service@cookietins.com or call 832.518.2800.

After your order has shipped an E-Mail with the tracking number and carrier is automatically sent.  We suggest adding service@cookietins.com to your allowed E-Mail list in order to get this important information.
